(PTS-4-SSP) Steady State Photoconductivity System

The PTS-4-SSP allows the user the same ability to measure IV, Spectral Response, and Quantum Efficiency, and includes CPM as the PTS-1, 2, and 3-CPM systems, but adds the powerful Steady State Photoconductivity (SSP) method to the extensive tools already available. The steady state photoconductivity measurements give information about the nature of defects, mobility-lifetime products, and the transport and recombination kinetics of photogenerated carriers.
